We define the problem, the objective, and the deliverable. You share geometry files, material data, and operational parameters. NDA executed before any data changes hands.

Day 2–5

Model Build

Our engineers construct the simulation geometry and configure material models in Ansys. DEM for bulk material flow, FEA for structural integrity, CFD for fluid dynamics.

Day 5–30+

Compute & Validate

Simulations run on dedicated hardware. Complex problems take time — we don't cut corners on fidelity. You'll receive progress updates throughout.

Delivery

Results & Debrief

A full technical report with visualisations, findings, and recommendations. Followed by a debrief call. All simulation data, models, and outputs are transferred to you.

On simulation timelines: The complexity of your problem and available hardware directly determine turnaround time. A single equipment study may take 5–10 days. A full circuit optimisation can take 4–6 weeks or more. We commit to honest scope estimates upfront — and we never compromise on model quality to hit an arbitrary deadline.

We use industry-standard Ansys products — the same solver stack used by OEMs and major engineering consultancies. Your results are reproducible, defensible, and interpretable by any competent engineer.
